If you decide what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please first email us. Returns should be sent to us insured and shipping pre-paid (we will not accept CODs). The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt - within10 days of receiving the order. If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus $50 dollars for the shipping cost of the item.
Items eligible for full refunds are full priced items. Please kindly note that custom orders, sales or discounted items are final sales. A discounted item is any item with a discount applied at checkout (this would include discount codes).
We process returns the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
For exchanges, if the reason is due to no mistake on our part, an additional $50 will be charged for shipping & handling. Return of the original item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Any full priced item purchased during the month of December can be returned until January 10th. Discounted items can be exchanged for less or equal value or can be returned and site credit will be given. Jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with original packaging with purchase information enclosed.
