If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please feel free to send it back to us insured and shipping pre-paid (we will not accept CODs). The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt - within10 days of receiving the order. If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus $45 dollars for the shipping cost of the item. We also like to know why you are returning it, please add a note if you can.
We process returns the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.

Anything purchased during the month of December can be returned for online credit or refund until January 10th. Jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with original packaging with purchase information enclosed.
