If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please first email us. Returns should be sent to us insured and shipping pre-paid (we will not accept CODs). The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt - within10 days of receiving the order. If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus $45 dollars for the shipping cost of the item.
We process returns the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
Please kindly note that custom orders, sales or discounted items are final sales.
For exchanges, if the reason is due to no mistake on our part, an additional $45 will be charged for international shipping for the exchanged item and return of the original item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Anything purchased during the month of December can be returned for online credit or refund until January 10th. Jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with original packaging with purchase information enclosed.
