Sunstone Aurora Earrings

Tiny flecks of copper shimmer in this natural phenomenon.  This pair of earrings feature 2.79 carats of sunstones, cut into elegant emerald-cut rectangles, her peachy glow shifting to gold as she moves. Set in our signature Aurora setting, a bed of 0.47 carats of white diamonds surrounds each stone, catching light from every angle.

Sunstone is prized for a phenomenon called aventurescence, tiny copper or hematite inclusions that create a sparkling, almost metallic glimmer within the stone. Natural and untreated, this wonderful gemstone is mined in America. Native Americans believed this gemstone has powerful healing properties.
