Great news...shipping is FREE!
We use DHL or FedEx for all international shipments with insurance included. Everything is shipped from Shanghai or Bangkok. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. We have most items in stock and will ship within one week. Custom pieces require 1-2 weeks for production. You will receive an email with tracking information. We suggest emailing us with any questions for larger items prior to purchase.
If you are receiving and international shipment, you will be responsible for all taxes / duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which the item is being shipped. It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary. We are also not responsible for any items detained or otherwise confiscated by your country's customs office. Refunds will not be given for this situation. If you refuse the customs fees incurred by the customs department of your country, no refunds will be given in this scenario.
