Pink Sapphire Contour Ring

Three unique angular pink sapphires fitted together like puzzle pieces from a dream. Each Ceylon pink sapphire in the most vibrant and saturated shade of pink. She is a unique modern treasure who commands attention. We are proud to present to you our Contour Collection, part of Yi Collection’s 10th anniversary and, in Yi’s own words, the most significant pieces of jewelry we have ever made. This 1.42 carat pink sapphire ring was born from the natural rough shapes of stones, cut by hand into free-flowing angular forms that have no name yet in fine jewelry. These pieces are all one of one. 

“It was an intense labor of love seeing this collection come to life,” says Yi. The spark of inspiration came suddenly. The process of transmuting it into reality did not. Each stone was shaped by our lapidaries before our goldsmiths custom-built the setting around her unique silhouette, connecting each piece with a precision only a master goldsmith could execute.

This piece passes through the hands of six craftsmen before it reaches you. No two Contour pieces are alike. This ring exists only once.
